Parent Meeting

Please remember that we have our first rehearsal / parent meeting with everyone tomorrow at 6:30pm in Ayden. We're doing things a little differently this year. All families will stay together in the auditorium to begin with as we go over rules. There are some new policies in place for monitoring that we want to explain, as well as instructions about music rehearsal.

After this section of the meeting, kids will remain in the auditorium to receive scripts/scores as well as get their headshots taken by a photographer. Parents will divide up to meet with committee leaders and pay fees. Michelle Wood (the Producer and Treasurer) will take up money. We hope to be able to use our Square device to take credit cards but please bring cash or check as a backup. There will be paperwork to fill out and turn in which we will provide, as well as printouts of the contact sheet, calendar, etc.
